Delivery & Processing time
Handmade macrame items & kits
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Each item is handmade to order. See individual items for more details.
Estimated delivery times through normal post:
- North America: 2-4 weeks
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-4 weeks
- Asia Pacific: 3-4 weeks
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-4 weeks
- North Africa and the Middle East: 2-3 weeks
- Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-4 weeks
I’ll do my best to meet these estimates, but can’t guarantee them.

Merchandise
Processing time is 2-3 days.
Shipping time as per above. Merchandise items are manufactured and shipped by a print-on-demand company in France. No fast shipping available.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Digital downloads
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Unlimited downloads included. If you have any issues with your download link, please contact me by email at hello@curiouscraftstudio.com.
Returns & Exchanges
I stand behind my work and want you to enjoy my products. If your order gets lost/broken in transit or breaks due to defects in the materials or workmanship, I will cheerfully replace at no cost to you. Here are some more details.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges:
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I gladly accept cancellations:
- But please contact me within three hours of placing your order.
Because of the nature of the following items, unless you receive them damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Copyright & reselling
If you bought one of my patterns (or a kit with a pattern) you may sell the finished items based on the pattern, but please follow the below guidelines.
- Keep copy of receipt as proof of purchase
- No mass-producing
- Handmade only: items must be made only by the buyer of the pattern
- Give credit to Curious Craft Studio
According to copyright law, however, you cannot copy, resell or redistribute the pattern itself.
